Caroline Klemens, RD is the Action Schools! BC Lead Food Literacy Mentor. Caroline received her Dietetics degree from Ryerson University and, with over 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, she is passionate about actively engaging educators and school teams to enhance food literacy throughout the school environment.
Carmen Gorlick, RD is an Action Schools! BC Food Literacy Mentor. Carmen received her Dietetics degree from the University of Saskatchewan and uses her knowledge and skills as a registered dietitian to help educators and school teams unlock the potential of food in their classrooms and schools.
Amanda Ellis, RD is an Action Schools! BC Food Literacy Mentor. Amanda received her Dietetics degree from the University of British Columbia and works with educators to strengthen their food literacy skills and helps them develop healthy eating policies in the classroom and the school.
Natalie Ma, RD is an Action Schools! BC Food Literacy Mentor. Natalie received her Dietetics degree from McGill University and supports educators to confidently incorporate food literacy into their classrooms, schools, and school communities.
Julia Hunter, RD is an Action Schools! BC Food Literacy Mentor. Julia received her Dietetics degree from Acadia University and aids educators and school teams in making healthy living a reality in their school community.
